Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches. You can select the 'Order Sample' option on any product page to ensure the color, texture, and weight meet your requirements.
How is the fabric shipped to prevent wrinkling?
Most of our fabrics are shipped on high-quality cardboard bolts or rolls to prevent permanent creasing. Smaller orders or specific delicate materials may be carefully folded and boxed.
What is your return policy for cut-to-measure fabrics?
Because fabric is cut specifically to your requested length, we cannot accept returns unless the material is defective or damaged. We encourage ordering samples first to ensure satisfaction.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Our standard minimum order for most stocked fabrics is one yard. After the first yard, you can typically order in increments of 1/8 or 1/4 yard depending on the specific textile.
Are the colors shown on the website 100% accurate?
While we use professional photography to capture true colors, variations in monitor settings and screen resolutions can affect how colors appear. This is why we offer a sample service for color matching.
